Delivery and Returns


  • All our goods are fully insured for the full retail value of the item.
  • Please allow up to 21 days for final delivery, however most Items will be delivered within 7 (working) Days.
  • All products are shipped within 2-4 days of confirmed receipt of Payment. (You will be notified when payment has been received.)If you choose to pay by Credit Card funds will normally clear to our account within 3-4 working days.
  • If paying by direct deposit please email your deposit slip to us (paul[@] (remove []), and we will process your order upon receipt.
  • WE ONLY USE registered post and courier services as registered couriers provide a unique identification number for every article. Proof of postage, proof of delivery and free insurance. We use a combination of Australia Post, FedEX, UPS, and Private Couriers to deliver items in a safe and timely manner; door-to-door. You do not need to choose a shipping method during checkout as we will ensure your product is sent by the most economic means for that particular product.

The majority of the products listed on Home Theatre Australia have a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that you have a problem you need to contact us via email or telephone first to arrange a Return Application. The product must be sent back to us for inspection if found faulty we arrange replacement or repair to that item.

Please be aware if the product is found not to be faulty under the warranty conditions a service fee of $50 will apply.
